Covid-19 Precautions
We understand that it is a scary time to let people into your home.
Rest assured, we are taking all measures to ensure a sanitary worksite.
In Preparation for the future of working in customers homes, we have taken the following Precautions:
  • Pre-screen: Immediately upon arrival at our workplace, employees’ temperatures will be checked before they enter the facility prior to working, using a no-touch, infrared thermometer.
  • Our Employees will be trained on PPE, proper hand washing, and proper etiquette for coughing and sneezing.
  • Social distancing: Employees are to maintain 6 feet of distance as work duties permit both in the workplace and in the customer’s home.
  • Discourage handshaking – We will use non-contact methods of greeting. Routinely clean and disinfect all work areas such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, electronic equipment, vehicles, tools, etc.
  • Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of ‘high touch point’ areas such as light switches, toilet seats, handles, faucets, doorknobs, vehicle handles, gas caps, steering wheels, seats, etc.
  • Employees are NOT to share head sets or other objects that are near their mouth or nose.
  • Employees are NOT to share gloves and other PPE.
  • Employees are to wear disposable gloves while pumping gas, then wash hands and/or use a recommended hand sanitizer immediately after properly disposing of gloves.
  • When entering stores and supply facilities during the workday, employees will use disposable gloves and/or disinfectant wipes to wipe down door handles, shopping cart handles, and pin pads, etc.
  • When handling customer transactions, customers will insert their cash or check into a Ziplock baggie. The customer will insert or slide their CC into an employees card reader and ask if it’s okay if you or the tech draw a line through the signature space.

Covid-19 Tips

Covid-19 Strategy
We understand that it is a scary time to let people into your home.
However, with proper training and strategy, we can overcome this crisis.
In Preparation for the future of working in customers homes, we have taken the following Strategy:

  • Proper Employee Training:  Our employees will have a thorough understanding of the recommended CDC Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers as well as the OSHA Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19. Our employees will also be trained on how Covid-19 is spread and recognizing symptoms which, if experiencing any symptoms, they will be asked to stay home.
  • Over-preparation: We intend on having more supplies than needed for any and all jobs. We would like to make sure that we come prepared with extra sanitation, cleaning, and disease prevention supplies. Our idea behind this is not having to come back a second day if applicable. We would like to be very thorough and get in and out without hassle.
  • Communication:  We will communicate with you every step of the way to insure you know how we will be operating and you know of any precautions you can take in order to make everything a much smoother process.
